My Daily Protocol: The Discipline Behind Living Well at 55

People sometimes ask me why I do so much every day. Why all the supplements, why the workouts, why the routines that look like a full-time job. The answer is simple:

This is the price of staying strong, pain-free, and medicine-free at 55.
And for me, it’s worth every step.

This is my daily protocol — deliberate, intentional, and built from years of trial, illness, recovery, and learning how to take care of this one body God gave me.

MORNING: Setting the Tone

Morning starts with two things: breath and fuel.

Breathing meditation at the roof deck.
Just me, the cool air, and the day ahead. Three to five minutes of calm before the engine starts.

Then the fueling begins:

  • Coffee loaded with creatine, cocoa, collagen, and stevia – my version of rocket fuel.
  • MWF: MOTS-C – mitochondrial support para hindi agad ramdam ang edad.
  • Morning Drink 1: Methylene blue – cognitive sharpness, mental clarity, brain energy.
  • Morning Drink 2:  water + shilajit extract + Celtic sea salt + lemon (or vinegar) + magnesium citrate. Replenish vital minerals - Hydration, minerals, and electrolytes in one hit.

The Meaning Economy: Why Filipinos Need to Stop Feeding on Digital Junk Food

“Hindi masama ang social media — pero masama kung ito lang ang bumubuhay sa utak mo.”

The Digital Habits of Filipinos

Let’s be real — Filipinos love social media.
We’re one of the most online countries in the world.
From the moment we wake up until before we sleep, our thumbs are busy scrolling through TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts — laughing at pranks, lip-syncs, gossip, and “hugot” quotes.

On paper, that sounds harmless. But when you add up the hours — and the effect — you’ll see what’s really happening: we’re feeding our minds with digital junk food.

Every scroll is like another bag of chichirya. Masarap, mabilis, pero walang sustansya.

OZEIN Air Purifier Review: Breathe Easier, Live Healthier

Why I Use the OZEIN Air Purifier with Ozonator — and Why You Should Too

I’ve had asthma and weak lungs for as long as I can remember. As a child, I suffered from bronchitis and tuberculosis, and even after recovering from COVID, my breathing never went back to normal. I also have allergic rhinitis, which makes me extra sensitive to dust and mold.

When I moved into my condo, I noticed a slight moldy smell from old furniture and leather. It didn’t seem serious at first, but after a while, my allergies flared up again. That’s when I decided to try something new — the OZEIN Air Purifier with Ozonator.

The Real Meaning of Wealth: Beyond Money and Material Success

When people hear the word wealth, they often think of big houses, luxury cars, and overflowing bank accounts. Society has conditioned us to believe that wealth is simply the sum of our financial assets. But let’s be honest—how many rich people do you know who are stressed, sick, lonely, or spiritually empty?

That’s not wealth. That’s just money.

True wealth goes far beyond income or possessions. Real wealth is about living life on your own terms. It’s about freedom—the ability to choose how you spend your time, who you spend it with, and what kind of impact you make in this world.

The 4 Pillars of True Wealth

1. Time Freedom

If you have money but no time, you’re still poor. Real wealth means waking up without an alarm clock because you control your schedule—not a boss or a deadline.

A SME's Little Known, But Deadly Weapon: Why Every Small Business Needs a CRM

In today’s fast-paced digital world, running a small business seems like a very difficult juggling act — you're managing clients, following up on leads, handling marketing, answering messages, scheduling appointments, and trying to grow… all at once.

This is exactly where CRM comes in.

What is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management System), in Layman's Terms?
Not massively popular here in Ph, a CRM is like an online assistant that helps you track, organize, and nurture your business relationships — all in one place. It remembers every lead, follows up for you, keeps your team in sync, and makes sure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

2024 Reflections: From Shadows to Strength

2024. What a year. A whirlwind of closed doors, stinging failures, and moments of disappointment so heavy they felt like lead. It was the kind of year that tests your mettle, strips you down to your rawest form, and makes you question if the fight is even worth it.

But then—little by little—things began to shift. Not in a fireworks-and-parades kind of way, but in the quiet, almost imperceptible moments. A kind smile from an unexpected friend. The rekindling of an old bond that felt like sunlight after a seemingly endless winter. The small joys, the tiny victories—piling up like grains of sand, you can already see the building of something solid, something worth holding on to.

A Festive Night to Remember at LaVie: Lights, Food, and the Spirit of the Season

Let me tell you something about LaVie Resort & Casino—they don’t do things halfway. When they decide to kick off the holiday season, they go all in. Case in point: the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony last December 3, at the Edge Sports Bar at the New Coast Hotel in Malate. I went expecting another cookie-cutter holiday event. What I got was an evening that smacked me square in the face with classy decadence, charm, and a touch of soul.

Guests were treated to a marvelous experience filled with festive decor and live performances of DJ Justiz and Hype Man JBarz.

First, there was the tree. Massive. Glorious. A monument to holiday excess in all the best ways. Golden accents, glittering ornaments, and lights that made the entire venue glow like something out of a fever dream. It wasn’t just a tree—it was a beacon, radiating warmth and the faint, distant hope that maybe the season still means something.
